Showcase
This is the page for all the little things I'm working on that don't have enough content for a full post. Lots of small projects, 3D models and prints, small fixes, etc. etc.

Custom Mouse
You may have guessed, but I spend a lot of time on my computer. Hence, I design a custom ergonomic mouse that fits perfectly into my hand. The electronics board are from Bambu Lab's mouse kit, so I added a shell around that base. I finished the prototype over the summer and will clean up the design over break. I hope to parameterize the design to be shared with others who face similar wrist pains due to prolonged usage.
Desk Mods
As an engineer, I appreciate an efficient workspace, but unfortunately I had a very small desk. Hence, I designed and 3D printed several organizational devices (and some aesthetic ones) to optimize my desks at both home and at UMD.

Harmonic Gearbox
There are many different kinds of gear boxes. While planetary is the most common, the use of toothed gears creates backlash (there's a small tolerance between the teeth). While cycloidal is becoming more widely used, I decided to try a harmonic one, which uses a "flexspline" ring gear that is pushed around a surrounding to create a power ratio. I plan to try a cyclodial over break to compare the two design for usage on later projects.
Coming Soon...
I have a few projects in the works that I'll post here later, here are some clues on what they may be. Let me know if you have ideas on other projects I could try.

RC Dozer
IYKYK. But for non-FRC people, Dozer is somewhat of a mascot for FRC, especially for my team as we'd make keychains of him. A goofy little robot with a plow that always got abused in game reveal videos.
To see his greatest hits:
Mandalorian
Armor CAD
I've been CADing since 7th grade, so every so often I'd get bored and take on a bit of a challenge. In this case I CADed the iconic beskar armor. Each part was modeled to the finest detail based on what I could see in various pictures.

Project Lead the Way
Through Project Lead the Way, I did many small projects. Some shown are a JWST Box, a date display circuit, fold out phone stand, a puzzle cube, a marble sorter, and a yoyo with handwritten g-code (yes it was a pain).

Here's a somewhat random collection of CAD models I've done over the years
